PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CureMax - 20 is a ready to use low VOC polymer emulsion compound and is the ultimate solution for optimizing the curing process of concrete. CureMax ? 20 can ensure that concrete achieves its full potential in terms of strength, durability and appearance. CureMax-20 forms a protective film on the concrete surface, preventing excessive moisture evaporation. This ensures optimal cement hydration and curing, leading to enhanced strength and durability.

APPLICATIONS

CureMax - 20 is a ready to use liquid solution (no need to add water and other solvent). Applying CureMax -20 is a hassle-free process. Simply spray or roll it onto the concrete surface. CureMax ? 20 is suitable for various concrete applications, including slabs, floors, wall and structural elements. It is compatible with both exterior and interior projects. CureMax - 20 can easily apply to both vertical and horizontal concrete surfaces.

Application Method

Apply Curemax -20 at the appropriate time, typically after the concrete has been finished and initial bleed water has evaporated. There are two methods of applying curing compound:

Spraying: Use a low pressure sprayer to evenly distribute the compound over the entire concrete surface. Maintain the consistent spray pattern and ensure complete coverage.

Rolling: Apply the curing compound using, a roller designed for water-based compounds. Roll the compound evenly onto the concrete surface.

The Drying time can vary depending on environmental and conditions, such as temperature and humidity.

DOSAGE

Dosage rates vary dependent on specific project requirement, environment and ambient condition. Typical Dosage 5 to 6 m2 per 1 liter and 1.6 to 1.7 liter per 100 sq-ft.

For better performance, Curemax -20 should be spray after making sure all surface finishing work is done.

STORAGE

CureMax - 20 should be stored undercover and protected from extreme temperatures, if stored between the ranges 5°C to 40°C the product will have a minimum shelf life of 12 months.
