PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CEMAX G-550 is a rheology modified new generation superplasticizer based on modified synthetic carboxylate polymer and carefully selected synergized materials, suitable for wide range of concrete grades and intended for application of long workability retentions and high water reduction are required.

APPLICATIONS

CEMAX G-550 is particularly suitable for ready-mixed concrete where water reduction and slump retention are essential.

DOSAGE

Dosage rates vary dependent on mix design, process,

Aggregate type and the desired effect but typically: 0.7% - 1.5% by weight of cement (binder).

The correct dosage should always be determined by laboratory and batch trials.

STANDARDS

CEMAX G-550 complies with the requirements of BS EN 934-2 and ASTM C-494

STORAGE

CEMAX G-550 should be stored undercover and protected from extreme temperatures, if stored between the range 5°C to 40°C the product will have a minimum shelf life of 12 months.

20 liters pail,200 liters drum and 1000 liters IBC tank.
