PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Bond-X is the modified styrene Polymer based bonding agent and water proofing admixture for concrete work.

Bond-X is hassle free solution for all general concrete repair work and can easily mix and apply.

APPLICATIONS

Bond-X is the one of the solution admixture for most of concrete problem in construction work, such as, crack repair, water proofing, bonding agent for old and new concrete surface, plastering, surface repair work, spalling, patching and many other works.

Application Method

Surface preparation

Before application of all repair work, surface preparation is essential. Firstly, clean the old surface with water and remove any residual object. And apply bond coat thoroughly.

1. For Bond Coat

Apply Bond-X directly to desire concrete surface with roller or brush. To get firm grip and better performance, apply two coats with different directions.

Coverage estimation: 2 to 3 m2 per 1 liter and 3.10 to 4.65 liter per 100 sq-ft.

2. For Repair mortar

Prepare 1 part of cement with 2 part of sand. And mix them with proper amount of water and Bond-X with recommended dosage to get desire consistency.

Dosage: 1liter Bond-X with 1 bag (50kg) of cement and mix mortar thoroughly.

3. For waterproofing Topping

Dosage: 0.5 -1.0 lit of Bond-X with 1 bag (50kg) of cement.

STORAGE

Bond-X should be stored undercover and protected from extreme temperatures, if stored between the ranges 5°C to 40°C the product will have a minimum shelf life of 12 months.

5 liters pail,20liters pail and 200 liters drum.
